Abstract
This study evaluates the potential for ocean alkalinity enhancement (OAE) along the West African coastline. Through field measurements and modelling, we identify priority sites where mineral dissolution could effectively increase surface ocean alkalinity and enhance atmospheric CO2 uptake.
